What we cover
In 30 minutes we walk through four areas with you: your current service-desk model and first-fix performance; your patch coverage across workstations, servers and key SaaS; your backup posture (last tested restore, RTO assumptions, off-network copy); and your Essential Eight ML1 baseline across the eight controls.
We end the call with a one-page email summary of what looked solid, what looked exposed, and what the next 30-day action would be — whether or not we are the right fit.
