IT for accounting firms — tax-period reliable.

Managed IT, M365, security and remote-work for 5-to-50-partner practices. Xero, MYOB, BGL, Class Super, QuickBooks fluent. We run the boring infrastructure so the practice runs through tax-period crunch and year-end peak.

Tax-period weeks are in your calendar before you mention them

Tax-period quarters and year-end aren't a busy season — they are the practice. If the file server, Xero session, M365 mailbox, practice-management database or revenue-authority portal goes down on a Tuesday in July, it costs partner billable hours and client trust at once.

Most practice managers we talk to have lived one of three patterns:

  • Pattern A — The one-person internal IT

Brilliant, indispensable, and on annual leave the week of year-end. The partners notice.

  • Pattern B — The generic local provider

Friendly, responsive, doesn't know what BGL Simple Fund is, takes three days to learn the practice-management workflow, restarts the wrong VM during tax-period week.

  • Pattern C — The call-centre offshore arrangement

Cheap-per-ticket, expensive-per-incident. Escalation reaches a senior engineer on a good day, by lunchtime.

Pattern D — Locally accountable, built around your practice software

  1. A named technical lead who knows your practice software

Xero, MYOB AE/AO, BGL Simple Fund 360, BGL CAS 360, Class Super, QuickBooks, Reckon. Named on your account. Escalation is a person, not a queue.

  2. Tax-period and year-end hardened

Pre-period readiness: backups verified, patch state confirmed, revenue-authority integration tested, partner remote-access reviewed, change-freeze enforced where appropriate. Year-end peak playbook included.

  3. M365 and SharePoint built for client-document confidentiality

Identity uplift, Conditional Access, multi-factor enforced, retention aligned to record-keeping rules. Cyber-insurance-questionnaire-ready by default.

  4. Practical cyber for practices

Email security, EDR, backup immutability, phishing simulation. We don't sell a security operations centre if you don't need one. Heavy security language at 12-partner firms is a misfit.

  5. Pricing that reads like a subscription

Pricing on request. Month-to-month. No lock-in. Self-selection filter: if you want a three-year contract with 8% annual escalators, we're not the fit. If you want predictable per-user IT that scales partner-by-partner, we are.

Locally accountable. Built around your practice software.
